Our beginning as a group of officers banding together for social networking evolved into a highly respected employee union within the town.

We work to ensure that our members are protected and secured for their future through wages, benefits, and appropriate training. This is made possible through our close and productive working relationship with the Chief of Police, Town Offices, and City Council.

In addition to our members, we are proud to support our local charitable organizations. We provide donations to families of fallen officers, local schools, and other charities directly affecting our police force and our community. We also participate in events such as the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run.

Our association is grateful for the strong support from local residents and businesses, and we strive to continue our positive relationships. The LGPD POA is dedicated to serving all segments of our community with pride and professionalism.
