Mission Statement
The Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Association was created for the purpose of bridging the gap between our officers and the citizens of Los Gatos and Monte Sereno.
- Collecting, organizing, and disseminating important information as it pertains to our members and the local community
- Protecting the interests of our members in all legal matters
- Promoting social fellowship and well-being among our membership
- Donating to local, state, and national charitable organizations
- Hosting events that allow us to connect and engage with our supporters
Our Two-Fold Purpose
We advocate for and support our members, and to strengthen the community we serve.
The purpose of the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Association is to represent our police officer personnel in matters relating to employment, benefits, and well-being. Our goal is to keep our department competitive so that we continue to provide the highly skilled and intelligent police force that our community deserves.
We also support our members in all legal endeavors, ensure that our police officer personnel have the tools and resources needed to effectively protect our community, and give back to the local organizations that strive to make the Town of Los Gatos and the Town of Monte Sereno a better place.
Values Statement
Members of the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Association are dedicated to the community we serve and to our fellow employees. Our motto is "small town service, community stewardship, future focus". We believe in and are committed to the following values:
